What data we process
When you sign in with Google or Google Play Games we receive account identifiers (a Google-linked user ID, email, display name and authentication tokens). To run the game we store your game data on our servers (profile, progress, inventory, in-game economy and purchases, drops, runs, rewards and challenge results). We also process technical data such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, and crash and diagnostic logs.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to (a) provide the game — create your account and save your progress, economy and inventory on our servers and process your purchases — based on the performance of our contract with you; (b) keep the game secure, prevent cheating and fraud, and understand how the game is used through aggregated analytics, based on our legitimate interest; and (c) load non-essential cookies on the web only with your consent. We do not build individual profiles for advertising.
Analytics and advertising
On the web we use Google Analytics 4 in aggregated, cookieless mode by default. On Android we use Firebase and Crashlytics for diagnostics and Google AdMob for ads, all in child-directed mode — ads are non-personalized and the advertising identifier is not used. We use these providers as processors; we do not sell or commercially transfer your personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and measurement
On the web we use only a strictly-necessary sign-in session cookie. Google Analytics runs in aggregated, cookieless mode (no advertising cookies) as an audience-measurement tool, so no consent banner is required; you can clear browser storage at any time. The Android app does not use web cookies.
Children
Glow Dash is aimed at a general audience that may include minors. For minors we apply data minimization, do not carry out profiling and show only non-personalized ads. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided data they should not have, contact contact@borsiis.com and we will delete it.
Data retention
We keep each type of data only as long as necessary. Game activity and analytics logs are deleted automatically after 180 days. Technical and diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days. Ordinary security and anti-fraud records (for example game runs) are kept for up to 12 months. Records of flagged cases, disputes and audit evidence — for example destroyed-item records, flagged runs and challenge results — are kept for up to 3 years where justified. Account, progress and inventory data are kept while your account exists and removed when you delete your account. Purchase and billing records, where applicable, are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law (up to 6 years in Spain). Fully aggregated or anonymised statistics may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You can delete your account and game data at https://borsiis.com/data-deletion or by writing to contact@borsiis.com. If you are in the EEA, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
