Acceptance
By creating an account or using Glow Dash you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Account
The game requires signing in with Google or Google Play Games. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Glow Dash. You do not acquire ownership of the software.
Virtual economy and items
Chips, items, brainrots and other in-game elements are in-game use licences with no real monetary value, not redeemable for money and not transferable outside the mechanisms the game provides. We may adjust, expire or remove elements for balance, maintenance or security.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed through Google Play; the price and content are shown before you buy. As immediately delivered digital content, the right of withdrawal may not apply once delivered, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights and Google Play's refund policy. Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian and use Google Play parental controls.
Fair play and anti-cheat
The economy is server-authoritative. Exploits, bots, reverse engineering and any manipulation of the economy or data are prohibited. We may reverse fraudulent transactions, adjust balances and sanction or close accounts.
Children
Glow Dash is aimed at a general audience that may include minors. We process their data with minimization and without profiling, and show only non-personalized ads (see the Privacy Policy). We recommend parental supervision, especially for purchases.
Advertising
The Android version may show non-personalized ads (Google AdMob). The web version contains no advertising.
Disclaimer and termination
The game is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. You can stop using the game and delete your account at any time (https://borsiis.com/data-deletion). We may suspend the service or accounts for breach, security or end of service. None of this limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law, changes and contact
